At least that is what I get from the sites and pages I study in hopes of learning and understanding how to get on page one of search results, basically it is about a way of increasing traffic to your site.
For the last month, month and a half I have been researching and learning what the term seo means and how to apply the marketing techniques to my blogs and Hub articles. I cannot believe how much information there is to learn and understand in order to gain a good position in search results. It truly is unbelievable but interesting. Keyword searching, keyword placement, keyword, keyword, keyword! A bit frustrating, especially when I'm trying to focus on my content and make sure that its interesting, fun, educating and incredible!

I know I'll figure this stuff out little by little as time passes. My plan is to post updates as I learn so that way I can have a record or cliff notes that I can review and they also can be notes for beginners. I also would like to write a step by step easy to follow guide broken down into laymen terms for novices like me. It will be for those like me that don't know jack.
